I haven't been to Frisco since I was 18 and have wanted to return.  I need some clam chowder and sour dough bread :D

I was wondering a few things.  One would be, is it best to come out weekends, or weekdays?  And where is a good, safe are to stay?

Any information would be appreciated and please feel free to PM or email me at [email protected]

first thing to learn about SF is: Don't call it Frisco!

Locals look down on anybody that says "Frisco". It says your not hip and not a local or from Nebraska. Locals say "San Francisco" or "The City".

For where to stay, Union Square with in a one block area. Don't stay south or west of Union Square. (Only my personal opinion)

Hope that helps.

Ed, former San Francisco local.

lol ... actually, it kind of swings in and out of vogue.  The past few years, it seems to be more coolerer to be unpretentious 'bout it all.

The denizens of Frisco, TX might take exception though!

the locals may not let you leave......

This has popped up a few times lately. So, based on that...http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=16716&boardID=11&page=

I hope that you will enjoy your trip here. Be Safe.

BTW, care to share clam chowder and sour dough?

Fisherman's Wharfs - Pier 39 Area has some nice Hotels, Union Square - One block around radius has nice ones too, and there are other nice hotels near the Moscone Convention Center.

I believe weekdays could be better.

I'll e-mail U.

Hope to c u in SF.

I really appreciate it.  I am fairly certain I will be making my trip the first week of November at this point.  I will be sure to keep everyone up to date on my plans.

Oh, and I am more than happy to share my chowder and sour dough :D
