Just came across Chloe Quinn - curious if anyone has any info on her or know her???

She doesn't really advertise anywhere but seems to be associated with some of the cool ladies of SF like liara roux, Lucy harlowe, Dani etc...

Just was curious if others have met or interacted with her.  She could be brand new to SF, but thought I'd check
