I am not so arrogant as to think that a bad connection is always the girl's fault. So I would be loathe to write a bad review just because I didn't think she was that into the session. Likewise, there are girls that are new that just are not at the same skill level as an experienced provider, and I would hate to be the one to help crush her career when she is just getting started.
For me, the question is whether the girl has misrepresented herself in either appearance of skill level. If a girl says she is 25, 105 lbs and a D cup, and it turns out she is 35, 140 lbs and a C cup, that is a material misrepresentation that deserves to be exposed to the rest of the hobby community. As a hobbyist, I gave a certain expectation of what I will get based on the advertising claims, so when there is a significant disparity, you naturally feel cheated. Likewise, if a girl claimed to be experienced and at the top of her game, and then I find out that she is a Newbie with limited skills, I am going to have to write up the experience. If the ad SAYS she is new, and I find the experience to be a good effort on her part, but she still falls short, I am not going to penalize her, because she did not misrepresent herself in order to get my money. So I cut some slack for effort if I feel the girl gave me her best, even if it was not as good as someone else's best.
This is where I think you have to do your homework and read reviews before you make an appointment. If you are the kind of guy who likes to TOFTT and be the first to review a new arrival, then you have to be a little pragmatic that you are going to have some good sessions and some bad. Reviews will help you avoid some of the specific things that are on this threat that are behavioral rather than skill issues. If a girl is the type that gets on her phone or smokes during a session, you won't be the first, so it should be in a prior review.
