Reviews for San Francisco cover the Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose area. Check the escort malls (CV, Eros, et. al.) "South Bay" or "San Jose" areas.  IMO we've a very satisfying assortment of ladies around here - just do your homework.  More specific suggestions are possible depending on your more specific tastes, budget, etc.

Not much into strip clubs myself, but there are a couple in the South Bay that offer limited interaction.  Pink Poodle is arguably the most well known, though it's gotten some biker-rough rumor talk.  There used to be a place in or near Sunnyvale called Kit Kat - that's the only one I ever visited around here and they had an enjoyable show, but I think it may have closed or has been re-invented as Cheetah's Gentleman Club.  From what I hear, the worthwhile strip clubs are in San Francisco with a roughly 1 hour commute, city traffic and parking headaches.
