it's because you cannot use a picture with a watermark from a competing site. TER is not interested in posting free ads for other sites.

In fact, there's one just a few posts down....

I do my best to apply the rules uniformly, but I approve a lot of posts every day and sometimes miss one. That post has now been removed, thanks for pointing it out.
