I am still researching a nice hotel or residence club to spend some time in the city in February.  I have a few good leads but was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the Union Square or Nob Hill areas...

I will be booking an extended stay (3 weeks) so am looking for something comfortable and modern, with kitchen facilities as well as reasonable rates.  It must be upscale and nice enough to entertain in.
