You can visit Club Kiss. You have to be a member though and now they are looking for a new venue for their ongoing Saturday events. They still have some special events going almost every month meanwhile. They are very discreet and respectful and safe. Women are always free and can enter alone. Men have to pay (about $60) and are only accepted in with a lady partner. No single men.  

There is also Power Exchange. It is public, much much cheaper (less than $20 as I remember) and can be fun. The downside is it is a mixed crowd and mostly filled with men. Even if you go with your partner when they see a nice looking woman, expect a group of 15+ guys following you wherever you go with their hands down there. Can be a turn on or off. But there is security and everyone is still respectful. There is also a small BDSM area. I liked their older venue much better since they had interesting themed rooms.  

If you are into BDSM you can visit Citadel. Every Friday and Saturday they have kinky nights. Some weeks they have special theme nights. It is a safe place with a big play area with beds, play structures, etc. You can be a member at the entry. It costs $25 to get in. Bring your toys an play or just hang around, socialize. They are friendly, respectful and helpful.  

As far as art goes, Union Square and the closer art district is filled with art galleries. The ACT theatre is also there. You can't go wrong there.
Mission street/area also have many art galleries combined with restaurants. So much funky stuff. You can enjoy live bands at many venues there.  

If you are into jazz, go to either North Beach (which is filled with small local places with local performers or higher class bigger venues) or go to Fillmore (again filled with local jazz venues) and restaurants and bars. North Beach has also some places whee you can dance salsa. Just walk around and follow the music.

Here are a few things I, personally, have done, would do again, or been thinking about doing for awhile:

There are many adult parties of all kinds going on in San Francisco. Most of them private but do post their information on a few sites. They range from "Eyes Wide Shut" where you have to be a part of a certain circle, to a few parties organized by escorts, to several low-key but still high-end house parties, to just plain "down and dirty" orgies that will accept just about anybody. I'm not a part of any "elite only" circle but can give you information about all other action in town.

One of my favorite and sexiest bars in town is Redwood Room at the Clift hotel. It's set up as a very nice and spacious lounge with very high ceilings and unique decor. Generally, great looking crowd, good music, and delicious but pricey drinks. I'd recommend making a reservation if you want to sit. For experienced and observant: extra points if you can spot working girls there. If you are feeling adventurous, perhaps take one to your room?  (Just naughty thoughts

Another romantic spot is Yoshi's - always great live music, mostly jazz, 40+ crowd. They have two locations: San Francisco and Oakland.

For a walk on a wild side, I've been thinking to do a quick naked photoshoot. The type where you wear a long coat but nothing underneath. Arrive to one of the awesome SF areas, drop the coat, and shoot! Sunrise time is best in terms of lighting and less of a crowd. Since this city is one of the most liberal in the country, you are unlikely to get in trouble.

And last but not least, if you really want to be kinky, you can engage in some public or semi-public sex (just make sure kids or places with kids are nowhere near). Best places I've tried that lower your chance of being arrested are: your car, a parking lot after dark, stairwells, and any other objects and structures that provide a cover especially where you can see public much better than they can see you.

Is it is this hotel which is seen on Clift when driving to the airport .. I was once in SF only and I do remember seeing something high on the clift.. and why in my mind it has  name as Russian House ??
 what it was ?? or may be I mistaken may be there not at all word Russian .. may be I just see it  
everywhere  just as Putin does .. ahhah .. so  someone remember knows about place high on the clift on the way to airport form the city ?? No matter Russian or not i think it was something i connected in my mind to adult activities ..

the russian house isn't kinky, just a restaurant that is now closed.  The outside did look like the red light district in Amsterdam.
