Yes, most anything up to and including full service is available at Mitchell Brothers (MBOT).  Also, yes, the ladies are generally better looking than the others clubs.  Other clubs include Market Street Cinima (MSC), which is a total slum, but everything is available there too; New Century Theater (NCT), the higher end extras tend to be less available here and the girls aren't up to MBOT standards in general; Crazy Horse (CH), which is nude, but generally no extras are available lots of Asian dancers; Gold club is topless and generally extras aren't available; Boys Toys is also a topless "gentlemens club" and generally extras aren't available.

More on MBOT since you asked specifically about that.  Pricing usually starts at $20 for a lap dance done in one of the open areas.  There are also cabanas that where you stand up, but you get the privacy of a curtan, these usually start at $40.  There there are private shows (PS), they start at about $80 and go up to whatever you want to pay.  These take place in a booth with a couch and a curtain, you are required to insert a $20 token into a meter for about ten minutes of use, this is on top of the money you give the dancer.  Generally PS services are negotiated by the service you want and the number of tokens you want to use.  So, you might offer $250 for a 2 token blow job.  Most of the ladies here are open to straight talk, though not all will offer all services.  Also, not all dancers will offer all the same services to differen guys.  In addition to the private dances, there are a number of stage shows, including girl-girl shows.

Bring lots of cash for the O'Farrel Club.  Fun place, good looking women, and the ladies can take you pretty far.  From my experience you don't even have to ask, they will ask if you "want to get naked..." They don't keep kleenex boxes around for nothin'. Good luck!
