Thank you to those who sent 'get well' emails to me.  I have been avoiding moving back to Sacramento, but the contstant travelling obviously took it's toll on my health and my family situation demands I be with my family much more often, if not constantly.  I am now doing only outcalls in Sacto with a two hour minimum.  I need a few days notice.  The site still says SF.  That's old info.  I am outcall only in Sacramento.  Sorry, but the only time I can get away is in the evenings.  The pager# is good.  Thanks for reading.
