A Spectator is correct, your post was deleted because it didn't comply with TER's guidelines for posting ads. I have never deleted a post based on my personal views. TER, as a privately owned website, can set the posting rules as they see fit. As moderator, it's my job to make sure those rules and guidelines are being followed. Sedagive.
I posted a comment about pornstar Sadie Sexton visiting SF on Sept. 15. It was deleted.
Is this a discussion board where we can freely exchange information? Or are messages censored depending on the views of the moderator? Let's keep this board open to all happenings in San Francisco, not just the ones the moderator approves of.
Many ladies and members have their posts deleted or modified because they failed to adhere to that guideline.
Just a few threads below, GreenLantern1973 had encountered similar situation. If you have problem with that guideline, maybe you can post a message in the Suggestion board or file that complaint to Girl Next Door (the uber moderator of TER) or Staff.
Moderators in TER discussion boards are really doing a thankless job. Just hope that you have found all the facts first before firing a public salvo against these volunteers.
