Last year I met someone at an outcall and he brought over a very sexy black lace corset outfit including stockings and shoes in my size 6 feet.

You asked me if I wanted to keep it, but I said no.  I didn't know at the time that I would never see you again.

If you are trying to belatedly thank someone for buying you a present (even though you didn't keep it), that's great.

If you are posting because you want to keep the gift after all (what, to use for another client?), then I think that's very tacky to say the least. Classy--not!

The fact that you don't even remember his name or email speaks volumes.
