Yes, their is no Sac board.

There is no Sacramento board but SF is a lot closer than LA. Truthfully you'll find more info for Sacramento on non TER boards which of course can't be mentiobed here.
But I do actually have a recomnendation:

its already been said that Sacramento is a lot closer to San Francisco than it is to Los Angeles. (90 miles vs 384 miles)

Also TER is not as well known in Northern California, including Sacramento and San Francisco.
