there are some agencies that specialize in Russians that send their ladies on tours of the bay area.  

but we seem to be seeing more Russian or Eastern European ladies based in the bay area as well.

Can anybody shed light on the several Russian providers in the San Jose area but none with reviews. Does anyone know if this are scams or legit.

Most of them are managed by Agencies....because if you booked them their assistant will provide all the logistics.....
