SF - yes, very liberal Oakland - don't know, but be very careful of neighborhoods Fremont - Big LE efforts - lots of Asian places and the girls move around a lot Palo Alto - LE is active and will press charges San Jose - liberal if you're "out of sight" and don't do stupid things in public. Many AMP's and they seem to escape attention Ditto Mountain View and Sunnyvale - lots of AMPs Walnut Creek is a quiet area with a couple of my fav ladies. Alameda - police look out for the steet ladies so don't do dumb things there. Oakland south to Fremont...I don't know and don't go there..too many questionable neighborhoods. Some scams have happened there.
That's my opinion and what I've learned in my short time of hobbying. I do have some good sources on this.
I am not kidding when I tell you: I have a relative who is a policeman in a Bay Area city! Yep...and he thinks all private ladies should be left alone. As long as they are discrete and cause no outside trouble.
