I figure that once I get into the swing of things, I'll post reviews within a week after the date. Are there rules of etiquette surrounding this sort of thing?

I don't think there are formal rules or guidelines regarding how long is "too long" to wait before posting a review.

I don't review all of the ladies I spend time with but if I do, I try to review within a day or two of my encounter.

within a week or so. After that, the memory starts to fade. Must be that age thing.
