It seems SF denizens refuse to miss any opportunity to strut their costumed stuff - and Bay to Breakers is no exception. I've never actually formally entered to run, but have donned some dramatic duds and joined the throngs.

My fave ensembles of the past have been with my best friend; we've gone as princess and the pea (she's shorter, so had to be produce while I was royalty, hee hee), Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera (unfortunately I had to play Diego as he was taller...their nickname as a couple was actually the elephant and the dove).

Whatever your plans, hope you don't miss the chance to engage in yet another wacky San Fran tradition.

Happy heat wave to all of you!

I thought the point of B2B was NOT getting dressed up!

Naked is the way to go!

Did not wear a costume, but I still had a great time!  The Bay to Breakers is always a lot of fun :).

Hope eveyone had a great weekend,
Lauren

Ah gurl, I thought you were gonna wear that tube top and those Daisy Duke short-shorts I gave you?  :D

Peace...

...I've seen a few naked participants - and isn't it always the body-types you have least interest in seeing in the buff?

Have a great week!

Yeah, funny how things work out like that.  :)

This actually brings to mind a tantra workshop I attended a few years ago.  At one point everyone in my group had to "pair up" and find someone we were attracted to.  Well, there was this one young woman who was gorgeous! Needless to say, ALL the guys (except me) were clamoring to "pair up" with her for some non-sexual exercises.  I didn't bother since I knew she knew she would be "in demand".  :)

She wasn't in the buff but we ALL would have loved to see her that way.   ;)

Peace...
