I will be coming to San Fran on business for 7/23-25.  I like public play: play on balconies after dark, under tables during dinner, etc.  I am looking to stay safe, ie not get arrested.  Any ladies into this kind of play?  Or any guidance/recommendation for a hotel balcony  Or a restaurant that is fun to play in.
