I'm looking for a provider near Cisco Systems in San Jose who is available during lunch time or immediately after business hours.  Any help would be appreciated.  thanks.

Look up Cherise proably on Monday or more likely tuesday, on Redbook or her on TER in the reviews.  Not sure how close she is but she is fun and gorgeous!!
