unless you are into a lot of guy/guy action, I wouldn't bother. I have been to PE myself (to people-watch, not participate), and it can be a rather desperate, dreary atmosphere. Men pay up to $75 to get in, depending on how undressed they are willing to get (for the lowest admission, you get down to a towel around your waist and your shoes... NOT a sexy look, mind you!).

Yes, there are "women" there, but I use that term loosely. Let's just say that most of the ladies in attendance are either part of a couple or "in transition" of some sort. It's TS heaven, if you are into that scene. Otherwise, if you are expecting a lot of single, willing anatomically/genetically-correct females to be there, you will be sorely disappointed. And any woman who is not already with a guy will be approached almost to the point of harassment. My best friend and I went the Sat. before Halloween (one of the better nights to go, besides the monthly Fetish Balls), and it was a nonstop parade of men coming up to us with hard-ons, trying to get to us to go off into corners with them.

But hey, if a nice-looking, decent guy who acted somewhat normal approached me, I probably would venture off with him to have a little fun. But that atmosphere is more sleazy and desperate, rather than erotic and adventuresome. I guess I was expecting something more along the lines of the legendary Plato's Retreat (NYC) than what I have observed at PE. The decor is like a warehouse with a few embellishments, and for some reason the gay floors upstairs are more fun in design of private places than the hetero floors. Also, you should know there is no booze allowed, and safe sex is a MUST. If security sees you doing anything against the rules, they will not hesitate to boot your ass out.

As a woman, I'd rate the experience a 5 out of 10!
