The Mitchell Bros O'Farrell Theatre is a SanFran landmark and probably the most unique strip club in the U.S.  They have different rooms and stages that have live shows going on you'll not see anywhere else.
That being said, it's very expensive.  You'll pay close to $40 bucks just to get in.  LD's are expensive and PS are even more so.  If you're looking for escort-type services you'll pay a premium for them at MBOT. The pluses are that many of the women there are DDG but the negatives, cramped, uncomfortable quarters with 'slam, bam thank you mam' service, outweigh the positives in my mind.
