I got trained on Bondassage in June 2012. First of all, this was the first time I saw how another provider conducts a session from start to finish. There was value in that. Secondly, Bondassage brought my awareness of what I do to a whole new level. Putting headphones on my subject for the entire session meant there was little or no talking. That forced me to look for somatic signals and my sole source of feedback. I became much more tuned into breathing, body language, and facial expressions. Now I feel that these signals tell me more than what ppl say, because ppl don't always say what they really feel.
