I know Eastbay Alexas-now retired-used to advertise this and talked about how she loved 2 guys at once.  I tried it and it was awesome-kinda like watching your own porn ya know.  You can see reviews of her on Redbook, she's the one with 9 reviews and I wrote #9, but she supposedly found a guy and hasn't been heard from since!

Other than her I've never heard of any girls that look for this.
