I got a fake review from obviously someone who has wants to tarnish my name.  Its fake,  incredibly ridiculous and took my high score and brought it down.  I have reached out twice for support with no responses back. It would be really easy to contact the.Reviewer, and ask them for proof that they have seen me. This forum space is lacking providers for a reason. This probably is one more reason, nobody wants an unfair system. And we definitely would like to be able to add the respect, buy a customer care team. Ty for listening

I know a provider that made a complaint to TER about a fake review and they denied removing it for her so she removed herself from TER all together. I am sorry this has happened to you.

Regardless, if the system is broken 😞 nothing is perfect. I’ve required a deposit to book a date, since 2010. Fortuitous this deposit system for booking has acquired me a 100% success rate of having fake, slandering fantasy reviews removed. I also, believe because I am very selective that vetting helps with chemistry checks. If the vibes aren’t right.
