Many providers want alot of personal information,ie.email,name,occuptaion,etc.
I'm worried about the privacy of my encounter.
Will an upscale provider make a date without all of this information. I understand they want it for their protection. However, I do not with to release it for mine.

My experience is that only a few providers/agencies request this info.  By and large most (at least in the SF Bay Area, and these days) settle for references from other providers; a handful go for the preferred411 or datecheck type verification.

If you're worried, perhaps you can just find someone else...
