You might hit the advanced search to check for nearby cities.  San Francisco itself is near enough to San Bruno/Millbrae - Burlingame, San Mateo, Redwood City are all nearby.  For outcall, be prepared for an extra fee (though some providers bump the price way up for outcall.)  Might want to avoid extended commute hours.  Traffic gets pretty thick from as early as 6am to 11am, then again from 3:30 to 7:30.  (I used to visit SF more often, particularly when hot porn stars were in town, and I'd often BART 'n walk.)

But if you really want suggestions, your preferences might help.  Pricerange?  GFE or don't care?  Ebony, Asian, Blond, Busty, Spinner, BBW, Milf, barely legal ... what's your proclivities?
