Ladies, this book is worth getting.  Guys, it's worth giving.

Unfortunately, you decided to include references in your book (including URLs) to the websites of specific providers, without obtaining their permission to do so. You did this with the URL of a friend of mine, who has since received several inquiries from wannabes who want her input and advice on getting into the business.

By doing this, you have also exposed her to further scrutiny about her business by including her website in your publication. She is very low-profile, and like many other independent providers, wishes to remain in control of where her ads and website URL appears.

While your information might be valuable, the fact that you appropriated this lady's info for your book without permission is unethical, in her opinion, and that of many other gals whom we know.
