2. We SCHEDULE an appointment.

3. We CONFIRM a couple of hours before the appointment.

Sorry, but it has to done this way until I can figure out who is on the up and up and who is not. A disgruntled lurker/future client/past client perhaps? Who knows? I don't care as long as I can protect me and my appointments with screening.
