Hi! Welcome to TER!    I'm also a foot guy and I've found the best approach to requesting foot play (worshipping her feet) is to simply ask her up front if she's open to your worshipping her feet.  Maybe start by giving her a foot massage and then ask if she would mind if you sucked her toes.  Start out slow and give her a chance to get used to the sensations.   Some ladies just let me "do my thing" and others have warmed up to it a lot.  Some had never experienced that before and others were totally into it.  In one case, the lady WANTED attention paid to her feet but was shy about admitting or requesting it.  Once I got her to open up and tell me she wanted me to touch her feet, it was most definitely ON!  

I currently don't have any "foot friendly" recommendations for you but if you simply approach the topic in a respectful manner, she should be open to your request.  The same goes for the shoe requests.  When booking the appt, ask if she's open to requests and request the kind(s) of shoes you would like for her to wear.  If she doesn't have those kind(s) of shoes, ask if you could bring some for her to wear for you (be sure to get her sizing info, etc).  I've brought shoes to appts in the past and they have worked out well.  

Something else to consider is to wait on the foot play until you've met the lady.  That way, you can see how you two connect and more importantly, you can check out her feet to see if they are attractive to you.  Not every female foot is attractive to me.  So, engaging in foot play during a subsequent session might be good since you'll have time during the first session to see if she would even be someone you would want to engage in foot play with (not all hawties have feet I want to touch) and if she is, then you could setup the next session to be tailored more toward a foot fantasy you might have.  You could plan for her to wear a particular outfit to go with the shoes and maybe even come up with some "foot dialogue" which would fit your particular fantasy, etc.   I've done all these things and have had wonderful experiences.
