Be Careful Out There!!!

Today's lesson is to proceed with more caution than ever!  I will only see reviewed
people for "their time only" or a specific legal service such as a massage.  Any
adult activities will result from friendship and attraction from here on out, and
for now I will only see the friends I have made in the past.  Although mistakes
were made by the other site, I consider what happened today to be extremely
troublesome, particularly for those who care about Freedom of Speech.

With the fall of the other website, TER will see a big influx of new members. Definitely stick with those with reviews.

I've spent a few hours on Google (cached pages) getting contact info on ladies I had on my favorites.  I'll mostly stick to them, but I'll have to TOFTT occasionally, that's just who I am.  

One of the things I liked best at the old place was the ability of the ladies to be explicit on services and price.  Now it will take more himming an hawing to find out if I can get what I like, and some ladies are offended by that.  My loss and theirs, I guess.

I expect there will be a new site rise up.  When there is a void, someone will come along and fill it.  I just hope they are more careful.

I tour extensively so TER is my bread and butter as it is the most widely accepted/used site nationwide.

Understanding that your area had a different site with majority market share, you don't have reviews on TER. I would recommend running a Review Special. Before you post though, be sure to check with TER because another lady I know told me that her "review special" ad was removed because of something in TER's posting guidelines.

If TER admins let you know it is okay to do so, advertise a discount off your posted rates for gents willing to write you reviews so that you can get some reviews up!

Also, I'm sure some of your regulars may have a handle on TER as well and you might reach out to them to ask for them to post a review for you here or simply to comment on your ad with some accolades to ease any hesitation on the part of the other gents on here.

i have been around a long time, and the loss is quite an event. thats one hell of  vacuum but since i know the  names and faces my regs when they advertise on here i will know them. i'm not surprised the quantity of unreviewed robs on it was out of control . I think this is a good thing. nothing lasts for ever.

As far as who I see, ladies with multiple reviews (here on TER) will get preference

I was discussing the whole situation with a friend last night and he mentioned that the demise of the other site has created a paradigm shift in the Bay Area as far as the pay 4 play community. It's in shock and people are trying to figure out what to do next.  

This mostly affect the providers because a few if not most depended on the classifieds for their lively hood.  It was also mentioned in an interview that this affected the “marginalized workers” who were able to post ads for free.

Providers who have a solid reputation, name recognition and a strong client base will fare better than those who posted fake pics and plagiarized text. Even if their reviews are no longer accessible their work ethic will differentiate them from the “robs” the plagued that community.

However this also gives the providers with bad reviews an opportunity to clean the slate and re-package themselves without any intent of improving their service. The same game with a different name and face.

I am curious to see where they will pop up. I hope that TER has a system of vetting these ads in order limit the number questionable posts.  

The number of people who posted that they are now approaching the whole situation with caution reflects a change in attitude on how we interact in this community.

RIP my reviews

I was a long time member of the other site and can recognize a number of handles from there here. One reason I stayed at that site was for the overall cost of membership. After posting over 100 reviews I stopped because I felt guys wanted reviews that gave the down and dirty. And I got into the under the radar providers that didn't want reviews. Also telling a story of your personal session took away from the intimacy after a while.  All sessions are YMMV.  What I get in service can be very different than another hobbyists. And I want kept secret.   Most of the time we review and leave out the exact details for privacy and our own sense of personal connection with the provider, real or imaged.  That fantasy, my fantasy with her is special for that moment.   I sometimes won't bother contacting a new provider that requires 2 referrals because the girls I see now mainly travel and getting a referral back quickly is seldom possible.  This site is more than twice as expensive for VIP but seems necessary if you don't want to rely on just only the general information.  Being in this hobby for so many years I like using the reviews to select the provider that offers the services I'm personally looking for so I'll leave it for the younger hobbyist to take one for the team.

I amm totally willing to TOFTT with new unreviewed provider as long as she is willing to do a short public meet-and-greet (10 min max).   It's been my experience that a legit newcomer will not hesitate to agree to the meet-and-greet.   My best TOFTT experiences have come from providers who didn't post any pictures at all - when she says "let's meet at Starbucks and you can decide" it's almost a guarantee that I won't be leaving until after the session.
