how many times have you TOFTT (Taken One For The Team), or found a few providers, escorts and/or massage, that you've built a rapport with, and see them only for sessions?  

I'm always curious about this, because, for me, I have a deep tissue bodyworker that I only see, for massage treatments, and haven't felt the need to try anyone new....perhaps I'm just a creature of habit that way.....

Please weigh in. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this....

When I first discovered this I was a "variety guy" for about a year. Now I have one arrangement girl. Another is fully UTR. Another one is a part timer. I don't take on too many new girls. Quality over quantity.  

From what I've seen, a lot of guys who have been around for years have their "go to" girls. Quality providers are not hurting from the demise of that other group. I've noticed the ladies are treating us regulars better than ever.

Dreu, I've always been a "find that one girl who drives you crazy and stick with her" guy ... in THEORY.  In practice, in all the years I've been doing this, I've been a confirmed variety guy 'lo these many years, in fact, I'd say I don't even get to a second session with the vast majority of girls I've seen.  In the past year, I've finally found my "one girl who drives me crazy, and only session with others when she's not available" girl, and am thrilled to pieces to be in this position.  Alas, she is so often not available, I'm on the hunt for an auxiliary emergency backup girl who I'm also crazy about

I mostly see the same group of women I've seen for the past year or two.  I do see a new person now and again though for variety.  I'd say 2 that I see twice a month, 3 I see a few times a year, and maybe 5 I see once or twice a year.  Probably 7-8 first tries a year, with only one or two of those being lightly reviewed or unreviewed.

My answer is: all the time. I have a rotation of a few regulars that I see on a regular basis, i.e. every 2 or 3 weeks because they give me not only the BEST bang for my buck they also click very well with me as far as chemistry. The way I see it it's a two-way street: they take good care of me (in terms of pricing, menu, service...) so I take care of them with repeat business, good reviews and words-of-mouth.

OTH I'm also a variety guy. So every once in a while I TOFTT to audition for new talent to become my next regular.

The simpleton guys will say "quality over quantity". However the smart guys say "quantity over quality -because it's a number game with enough quantity that's how quality is found". Simple math really: more samples mean more chance to find the hidden diamond

Drue, I have never TOFFT nor will I...my one experience with a limited review person was very bad and won't be repeated. On the other hand, when I am fortunate enough to find a real connection (you can put air quotes around real if you like) I tend to stick with that person. And in most cases things only improve.
YMMV, but that is how it has worked for me.

I have a few non-pros I see regularly.
Why? They provide better service than pros, charge less, and they're sincere/not jaded.

If you want repeat clientele, it's simple: provide better service AND charge less than your competition

First of all - Hi Dreu and welcome to TER!  Great to see you here!

Speaking only for myself, I have never TOFTT, because that involves way too much risk.  For those of us that require discretion in our hobbying, just being here is really enough risk.  So I've never gone with a provider who wasn't well reviewed.  

While the reviews aren't always very realistic, enough reviews can give you a feel for what someone is like.  And if they post here, you can get an even better sense of what they're about.  Obviously, the more you know about someone, the less likely you are to make a mistake or get in trouble.  

When I started hobbying, I did see a wide variety of providers, but now that I'm a little older, I have a much better sense of what kinds of things I'm looking for and I seem to have identified one provider in each city that I'm in regularly that I love to see, so I very rarely see anyone new these days.  

It's also not so much about what kinds of services are offered (at least, not for me), but about what kind of connection I feel I have made with that person.   The main reason I love to see you so much is not so much what services you offer, but how we seem to make a good connection and I always feel very at ease and cared for with you
