several days right before the start of their tour dates.  It is hard to contact them during their tour as they don't check their emails as often.

One tactic I used before is to contact them through the email address of their next tour city, e.g. Penelope and Lolita are currently touring NYC.  You can contact them at [email protected] .

JMHO, their ways of contacting customer have much to improve - even though I am a strong supporter of them.
