Although it's a fetish that started in childhood, It's hard to place the exact moment in time... At first glance, it's a Woman's smile that catches the attention,  However;  My eyes quickly move towards her lower extremities.  Is she wearing open-toe shoe's / sandals ?  She is gorgeous, but how are her feet ?  My 'fear' can probably best summarized by a line in the Eddie Murphy movie, Boomerang (...yes, I am dating myself):
  “She was beautiful but her feet were jacked up.
