I haven't been up to the City for going on 3 years now .. are there any delights left that would make it worth they journey?

I have some OIT buds coming in, they are waxing nostalgically about the delights of the AMPS, Strip Clubs, even the kinkalicous oddities (Diva's, Aunt Charlie's, Asia SF, PE).   I haven't checked lately, but bet they are all gone.

Even my beloved Columbus Cafe on Green/Columbus Street got a tech-bro makeover.

Please chime in if you have pointers to current info.

I believe is still operating. I haven't been in forever, though.

SF has definitely changed, but there's still a vibrant nightlife for sure! As a companion, I love bringing my dates out to the following spots:

* Asia SF is open and a blast as always.  
* Diva's closed in 2019 but has been doing pop-up events (https://www.thedivasdarlings.com/)
* Aunt Charlie's is alive and well with classic drag nights 2nd and 4th Wednesdays and on weekends.  
* Oasis SF hosts a fabulous drag party called "Princess" every Saturday at 10pm. Oasis also hosts a burlesque night called HEX.  
* Power Exchange is still running, but Eros SF is much more fun if you're curious and open minded.
* Cat Club has a kink/BDSM night every Wednesday called PlayXLand.

No more amps.   (esp Golden Flower, RIP)      They're gone.    Lusty Lady, gone.   Mitchell Brothers (MBOT),  gone.
