Can't Buy Me Love...

It's been 30 years since Dr. "McDreamy" played the title character of Ronald Miller.  How crazy is that ? ! !  We all reach an age when time seems to just pass us by.  The premise of the movie, a kid from high school, trying to be part of the 'cool' click.  Nothing new.  However;  The way Ronald went about getting 'popular' was pretty clever.  Hmmmmm, In exchange for $1,000.00, I get the head cheerleader to hang with me for a month and boom.  OK, Let's be real about this...  'Popularity' my a$$, it was about getting laid.  I came out of the theater thinking, '...damn, he got alot of trim for a grand !'  Reflection is a luxury reserved for the seasoned.  There's an honesty in p4p.  I'm gonna get laid regardless of ______________.  Fill in the blank.  *Spoiler alert... Boy gets Girl and Happily Ever After ensues.  Happy Endings ;-)   I believe we all seek what makes us 'better' people.  If a date makes me feel good about myself, then it's as close to feeling 'love' as you can get.  I guess you can buy love.  The word I look for when I read a review is 'chemistry'.  What word or words do you look for ?
