I have a professional seminar in Berkeley this June and completely unfamiliar with the area outside of the area I normally stay near the marina in San Francisco. Taking in consideration of traffic, access to yoga/fitness, nice happy hour restaurants- would renting a condo in Berkeley or Oakland be better?
