Bay Area Price Hike
I'm sure everyone is feeling the squeeze on the Bay Area right now with the price hike that's not justifiable, economy is on a slump, mass exodus people across the board, rent dropping which is good for providers, and of course PS, bait and switches, service less than promised i.e. only providing you 35-45 minutes instead of full hour.
There really needs to be a BC in the BA right now, i mean if they want to raise the rates they also have to be offering better service and minimize the PS. I mean I can deal with PS (which happens most of the time) when the price is at 220 but if I book and at the door they expect 240, 260 and already seen 300 that's unjustifiable. On top of that I'm not paying over 220 if there's no seconds, I usually don't need it but its nice to have it in the back pocket. I don't want the BA to become like OC where you have to prepay for 2nds. If everyone can just stay home for a month and let the industry know this ain't happening, guess what it'll go back to 220 across the board.
