Whoa, I've been trying to put the pieces together but seems as though the ground shifted here, at least for the Bay Area community. Or maybe it was always this quiet, I just don't remember it that way. That said, I was more of a "listener" here in the threads and tried to learn from everyone else's advice, it's just wild to see the timestamps on threads go from days to months to years ago on a single page.
