To the business travelers:
If I'm not available on the day/time you're looking for, it never hurts to try once you're arrived and checked in. Cancellations often occur on short notice. Especially lately, with the bad weather lately around the country, flights get delayed, connections missed and people sometimes catch the office cold. But, of course, calling while you're still planning your trip is always the safest bet.
