I am a provider based in Sin City... It is soooo HOTT here right now that I am thinking about visiting the area in the next two weeks!!! However, I will only hop on the flight if I see there is an interest in my visiting your city.

As serendipity would have it, this Los Angeleno will be in the Bay Area on the weekend of August 4th-6th
Best (and most affordable) airport/flight? Try Oakland or perhaps even a Southwest flight into Sacramento than a 1 hour drive the Bay Area.
