Im new to the hobby and am nervous about a few things, maybe some of you can help me out.

1) Is it ok to talk about the donation over the phone or is it better to settle that in the email usually?

I am interested in both of these providers but they have both just recieved a review after a long hiatus. Do they appear to be LE to you or do they look legit?
