when I lived in OB I thought that but now from where I live not so much. Most of Del Mar is still city of San Diego.

Tho I also don't really consider Del Mar as north county either but it falls under the zoning (the zone in my minds eye).

I certainly did not mean to cause such a stir in my post
it takes me 40+ min to go to del from where i live so i have always considered it north
a hour because of rain and traffic lol ( no fun) hehe
i dunno
my apologies for the confusion of where north county starts!
