I am pretty sure this is a fake ad.  I tried to contact and nothing.  German model in SD for no reason; no contact info; etc.  I think the ad is actually targeted at providers.  It looks like a brand new website and they are trying to get traction.  If you look at a bunch of the cities, they only have *one* TGTBT provider along with a link of how to get 30day free ad.  They realize that if they get providers, the hobbyists will follow...
