I've never felt comfortable with the idea of DATY with a provider.  It just doesn't seem safe for either of us.  Has anyone ever tried a dental dam?  Does the lady get much enjoyment when one is used?

You should do whatever makes you feel safest but as far as my experience with a dental damn---there wasn't one. Now I know the guy was DATY but if I wasn't looking , I wouldnt be knowing.  Also, the infection rate for woman to man is extremely lower than the other way around.  We providers may see more quantity than the average lady but I also think most of us are safer than the average lady...Just my two cents....and dont give me any change....joke --that was a joke...

Sorry, for the delay in answering. I havent been on here for awhile.  And I see my nice friend gave you some of the info.  As far as your question about BBBJ, yeah it is relatively safe, in the sense of how infection passes but not if "you (the man)"is the one infected.  See a lot of people dont see providers as regular ladies( and by all means,they shouldnt, since we are all sexy bitches)and that a lot of us are actually very nice people---and the fact is I am safe for my health, but I am equally concerned about my clients health.  I would rather catch something awful than give it.  That is just me, and gosh darn it I am just too nice sometimes.  But I think that nobody should ever expect something from someone just because...It always pays to get to know someone a little, makes everything much more enjoyable... SO to finish, instead of the question you asked you shoulda said---so I can DATY in relative safety...that works with what I said about the passing of infection.  ANd I dont think I am spouting off at the mouth, I was given this info by a doctor and actually it is unbelievable how much more we women need to worry than you guys. You wouldnt know it from how society categorizes everything. Gawd I am tired i need to go to sleep--have a great week everyone.

I tried it once with a client (at his request, for safety reasons), and it was a complete waste of time for me--very little sensation, as you might imagine.

I don't think the client enjoyed it much either--licking plastic, plus he could tell I wasn't exactly moaning with pleasure, LOL.

I suppose if a man practiced a lot, and had excellent DATY technique, he could make it enjoyable but that would be rare.

If a man is concerned about the safety of DATY--just don't do it. Really--we don't expect it (although it really heats up my sessions).
