There is a difference between stating differences, stating your viewpoint on something you have knowledge of, or explaining yourself... and just trash talking.  Percker's second post DEFINITELY falls squarely in the trash talking column, and is not only boorish and unnecessary, but absolutely without any rationale as to why it should be posted, as it is insulting to someone who made a non-topical, benevolent post.  Posting it only legitimizes his verbal baiting, and inspires others to emulate his manner.  The best way to shame a child is to ignore him...people who post flames shouldn't be "booted", but posts like that should not be allowed.

If I wasn't such an advocate for free speech, I would agree with Your Karma.

Sedona, by allowing onemorepecker's posts to go up in no way endorses what he has to say.  I decided when I took over as moderator that I would not censor any posts unless absolutely necessary.  I've deleted quite a few posts by onemorepecker and some others because I felt they were too far over the line.  This post I felt was borderline but he was expressing an opinion so I let it go up.  Actually, it seems like every time he posts, I have to decide if he is just being mean, or really has something to add to the thread.  It would be much easier to just delete his posts, but then you all wouldn't have anyone to disagree with and this board would become very boring.  Like I've said in the past, I'm still learning how to be a moderator and I'm going to make mistakes (as we all do) so I really do appreciate your opinions.  I hope no one will ever hesitate to call me on something if they think I'm wrong.  Sedagive.

When will we ever learn? The guy is obviously a certified whack-job. It may be probable that his dinky (his handle) is even dinkier than we might ever suspect. Or, he might really be one more clit. Who knows! Maybe he just can't get his dinky stinky in any way possible. He has advised the hobbyists to find a girlfriend instead of hobbying (his profound notion, among others, of why hobby) but, cannot do that himself (spends too much time ejaculating on board to have a girlfriend and he apparently has his lust in degrading women). I was just reading the many posts in regard to his/her usual BS and everyone seems to want to invest something (advice) in this idiot. Save it! You may be hearing about him/her in the news someday and never know it. As if one could advise the David Westerfield's out there in our society. Forget about it. If you took the time to review the data bases of the various creeps you have living around you, his (if a he) info would likely be very prominently displayed. But, you'd never know that either. He hides behind his computer and apparently does not hobby (regardless of whatever he may say) but, jumps on the board to get attention. Gathering from the content of his postings, It would be reasonable to presume no women would ever give him the time of day if he asked. So whatelse is there for him to do? For all we know, this board may be some kind of therapy for him. But, then again, there are one or two others that do the same. We all know that. In fact the other is a feeble looking old man who was discovered lurking around in a hotel stalking a provider after she had cancelled his appointment(recently learned) that can't be taken seriously either. For all of us that have the urge to respond to this clown directly, save it for those that deserve it. Don't waste your time with him or, her or, whatever it is. That is what it thrives on. God only knows that it probably has nothing more to look forward to anyway. Suggestion:  When you see it's post to the board, you already have a good idea of what it will will read like. Just don't bother yourself with reading it (it's posts).

Those are some big words there, Elise. Impressive! Now, the fact of the matter is that most in your profession do live that way. Whether you choose to believe it or not is completely up to you and only you. I found the lady's post insultive, so I responded. That's all. If the truth hurts that much, maybe you should just stop reading my posts!
