I always have a hard time knowing what I should or should not say over the phone when I'm talking to a provider. I like DFK and DATY but it's not always obvious if she provides those services. So I'm asking, how do I discretely ask if she provides those services without getting hung up on?

if someone doesn't know my menu i hang up after politely asking them to do homework before contacting me again and that all info on my options are available to payed TER and P411 members.

unfortunately since money is only for my time i won't ever answer yes/no to options when asked via phone or email.
