LA has the most variety and a higher number of quality providers for more money, SD has some great ladies at decent rates if you pick and choose, and TJ has more mileage for similar prices if you are okay being taken across the border and like Latin ladies.

A few months back I was going to visit friends in North Carolina, Philadelphia, and DC.  In each place, I was able to make a choice about which provider I would want to see based on services offered, rates, and reviews (in short, all the info TER lists), as well as book my flights, my hotel rooms, and my car reservations over the Net...without asking someone to write a post to help me.  

Having said that, this is a great opportunity to make a salespitch, which it already seems some are doing...

The best bang for you buck is, by far, in Tiajuana.  Do a search on San Diego (Latinas) and under location look for Tiajuana. Or go to a site such as www.escortmexico.net.  Standard price is 1hr=$1/2, 2hr=$$1/2, and 3hr=$$$1/2.  You will get a GFE from a a girl who goes the extra mile to please. (Don't just take my word, check their reviews.) The girl will meet you at the border (on time!) and drive you to an decent apartment close to the border. When you're finished she return you to port of entry in her car. If you finish your session around 7pm it will still be daylight, although you're safe after dark.) After 7pm you will probably cross the border back into the US in less than 10 minutes.  I reccomend Jazmin (unless she's retired), Teresa or Tania. (Tania is a little older, but very accomodating.  She can aranage a three-some if that is your pleasure.)  San Diego and LA both have some good independent escorts (I'd avoid agencies) but in TJ you get three hours of first rate treatment for what escorts in LA and SD want for one hour.  If "bang for your buck" is your criteria then TJ Internet girls win without a contest.

What Burt says about TJ is quite accurate.  Jazmin retired.  I prefer Raquel to Tania.  One quibble:  In my experience, they usually pick me up in a car about 10-30 minutes late, but no big problem.
