It's the little grass hut over at Wind-N-Sea beach in La Jolla.  It's nice, roomy and open air!  The surfers there are really cool too. They bring you food and cervezas if you watch their stuff while they surf. The cops hassle you every now and then, but only when the local neighbors complain.
