So I kinda left the hobby when all the sites went down. I didn’t realize TER was back and now my reviews are stale and can’t use them as a reference. How long was it gone? Suggestions on how to get back in the hobby? Well a way to get some references.
The interaction on here has not been good. Not like the old days. You can try here, but I suggest other sites I shouldn’t mention here. I’ve had limited success and watch out for scammers wanting any electronic payments upfront. I almost fell for that. I assumed(incorrectly) that rates might go down, due tot he current situation. I’ve been wrong so far. Having a heck of a time trying to scratch my current itch. Either they live too far away, rates are sky high or services are not what’s desired and I’m not looking for GFE. It was still active in Europe during the down time in USA and if you had a off shore VPN you could have accessed it that way. Its not the forum or resource it use to be but the only way to bring it back is for us guys to get back in to it.
