I have been retired from the hobby for about a year and a half now, and it is very difficult for me. All the ladies are so beautiful it's impossible not to be tempted. I actually gave in to temptation one night and had a lady come over. When she got here, I didn't go through with it, just gave her the donation and told her it was me, not her.  
      Giving up the websites and reading the ads and reviews is something I have not been able to give up. I would like too. I believe if I were to become involved in a relationship I would, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

I've been doing this off and on for about 30 years.  I never go to a point to say I absolutely want to stop but have been through periods of a year or more without hobbying.

There have been different reasons but I never thought to myself that doing this is something I have to stop.  Over the years I went through periods where I saw a lady once a year or less and periods where I saw a lady once a week or more.  

We all reach periods in our life where we look at things from a different perspective.  That perspective affects how we see things at the time but I think it is foolish to think that perspective will remain the same for the rest of your life.  

To all those with retirments statements I just say "see you later".

I've been retired from my job for over a year and in the next couple of weeks will be fully retired (was working part time). So I've got to cut back on the playtime, something I'm not looking forward to. So the plan is to limit myself to one of my 3-4 local favorites every few weeks and maybe one of a small number of traveling ladies I really enjoy. And, yes, it is going to be hard but I've found that the percentage of new ladies that are really worth seeing is really not worth the time or money. Better spent on a (known) sure thing.

Yes, it is. At least for me. Back a few months ago, a provider I was seeing decided to retire. I decided to go at the same time. Neither one of us stayed retired as it turned out. I have seen several of the local ladies since then. I have definately slowed my visits though.

Apparently, I decided, I am not ready to go yet. Soon though. There are a few I would like to see before I go.
