The Capri by the sea in pb is the only downtown style building right on the beach that are condo's but they rent out units to people for 2 or 3 night stays just the same. Sweet view up high balcony over the boardwalk and pb/pier view.

There are lots of other little small places up and down the coast, mb has a number of them also on the beach if you want to be in those type area's. LJ, Del Mar, all of NC beachs there are a number of small tight little rentals right on the beach its just a matter of what kind of environment you want to be around a quite one or a party one,.
